This is the most amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe I’ve ever seen! There are no amusing components, no cooling time, and so forth. Simply a basic, uncomplicated, but delicious, doughy yet thoroughly cooked chocolate chip cookie that always comes out wonderfully!
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup white sugar
two eggs
vanilla extract (two tablespoons)
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp. boiling water
3 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips (semisweet)
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Combine the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and cream until smooth. One at a time, beat in the eggs, then whisk in the vanilla extract. Baking soda should be dissolved with boiling water. Add the salt to the batter. Combine flour, chocolate chips, and nuts in a mixing bowl. Using a big spoon, drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
In a preheated oven, bake for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are beautifully browned.
