  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 to 3 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice


Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, buttermilk, and mayonnaise. Stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.

Step 2

Using a whisk, gradually add each of the herbs and spices, whisking well to ensure everything is thoroughly combined. Add additional lemon juice to achieve your preferred consistency.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture into jars or squeeze bottles and refrigerate.

Step 4

Label the containers with an expiration date one week from the preparation date.
