Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
8 ounces sour cream

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius) and prepare a 9 x 13-inch baking pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, oil, eggs, and sour cream. Stir the mixture vigorously by hand, ensuring all the ingredients are well combined. Aim for around 50 strokes to achieve a smooth batter.

Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly to cover the bottom.

In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, and then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the batter in the pan.

Spread the remaining cake batter on top of the brown sugar and cinnamon layer, gently swirling it with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The baking time may vary, so keep an eye on the cake starting around the 35-minute mark.

While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. While the cake is still warm, carefully spread the glaze over the top, ensuring an even distribution.

Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before serving. Once cooled, cut into slices and enjoy!

Note: Feel free to adjust the amount of cinnamon or sugar according to your personal taste preferences. Additionally, you can garnish the cake with a dusting of powdered sugar or some additional cinnamon if desired.
