Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of crescent rolls (or biscuits)
  • Your preferred cheese (any type)
  • 12oz or 16oz package of cooked bacon
  • Flour for dusting (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Lightly flour your work surface if desired.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent rolls (or use 1/2 can of biscuits) on your work surface. Press the seams together using your hands or a rolling pin, and gently stretch it into a rectangle.
  3. Add a layer of your chosen cheese and top it with a layer of cooked bacon.
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls on top, pressing all the seams together both on top and around the edges.
  5. Using a pizza cutter or knife, slice the layered rolls into squares.
  6. Place the squares on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are touching.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the top of the crescent rolls is lightly browned.
