Tater Tot Casserole (Mexican-Style)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a deep large baking dish.
2. Arrange a layer of Tater Tot Crowns at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by a layer of queso, then seasoned taco ground beef, and another layer of Tater Tot Crowns.
3. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the center of the casserole is thoroughly heated.
4. Remove the foil, sprinkle Cotija Cheese (or your preferred cheese) over the casserole, and return it to the oven. Continue baking until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Once done, take the casserole out of the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and diced tomatoes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Tater Tot Crown Casserole!
