In this blog post, I’ll show you how to make two-ingredient lemon bars that are easy, delicious, and perfect for any occasion.

The two ingredients that you’ll need for this recipe are a box of angel food cake mix and a can of lemon pie filling. Yes, that’s it! These two ingredients are all you need to make lemon bars that are moist, fluffy, and bursting with lemon flavor. Here’s how to make them:

1 can of lemon pie filling
1 box of angel food cake mix
Powdered sugar (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by lightly greasing it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon pie filling and angel food cake mix. Stir well until fully blended.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and cracks start to appear.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
If desired, dust the bars with powdered sugar before serving.
