2 lbs red potatoes, boiled and halved
¼ cup butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup evaporated milk
10 oz frozen peas
½ cup diced onion
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius). Grease a baking pan.
Place the boiled and halved red potatoes on the greased baking pan. Sprinkle the frozen peas evenly over the potatoes.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper, creating a roux.
Gradually add the milk and evaporated milk to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
Pour the creamy sauce over the potatoes and peas, ensuring they are evenly coated.
