Ingredients:

2 lbs red potatoes, boiled and halved
¼ cup butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup evaporated milk
10 oz frozen peas
½ cup diced onion
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius). Grease a baking pan.
Place the boiled and halved red potatoes on the greased baking pan. Sprinkle the frozen peas evenly over the potatoes.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper, creating a roux.
