Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef (or preferred protein)
1 packet of taco seasoning mix
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 cup of diced tomatoes
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of nacho cheese sauce
1 cup of sour cream
6 large flour tortillas
6 tostada shells
Cooking spray or oil

Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, thoroughly cook the ground beef until it’s fully done and drain excess grease if needed.

Add the taco seasoning mix to the cooked beef following the packet instructions. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the seasoning blends well.

Warm up the flour tortillas briefly in the microwave or a pan to make them easier to work with.

Place a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, position a tostada shell.

Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce over the tostada shell.

Spoon the seasoned ground beef generously on top of the cheese sauce.

Sprinkle shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.

Add a dollop of sour cream onto the other ingredients.

Carefully fold the edges of the flour tortilla up and over the fillings, forming a hexagonal shape and enclosing all the ingredients.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil. Place the assembled Crunchwrap supreme with the folded side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tortilla becomes crispy and golden brown.

Gently flip the Crunchwrap supreme and cook the other side until it’s also crispy and browned.

Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to create more Crunchwrap supremes.

Once cooked, transfer the Crunchwrap supremes to a plate, and if desired, cut them in half before serving.

Enjoy your Crunchy Supreme Wraps while they’re still warm and crispy!
