  • 2 pre-made pie crusts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Splash of milk
  • Approximately 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Half a small bag of frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash of thyme
  • Butter spray


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix well.
  3. Place one pie crust in a pie pan.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Cover the filling with the second pie crust. Seal the edges by pressing them together and trimming off any excess crust.
  6. Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Remove the pie from the oven and lightly spray the top crust with butter spray.
  9. Broil the pie for 2 minutes to give it a golden finish.
  10. Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
