  • 5.1 oz box instant coconut cream pudding
  • 8 oz homemade whipped cream (recipe below)

  • 1/2 cup dried pineapple, finely chopped

Homemade Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
